In this lesson, you’ll learn how to protect your peace by building boundaries that align with your values—not walls that keep people out. You’ll create your personal Boundary Blueprint, defining what you’re saying “yes” and “no” to in your relationships, work, tech use, and personal space.
You’ll walk away with simple scripts to help you say no with confidence and clarity, so you can spend your energy on what truly matters.

This simple practice helps you stay encouraged and grounded—because when you celebrate progress, you build momentum for what’s next.
