2. Enrollment & Access

When you purchase the Course, you will receive access to:

• Course portal with modules and lesson videos

• Downloadable workbooks and tools

• Any stated live coaching calls, bonuses, or resources included at time of purchase

Course access is granted for the lifetime of the program, unless otherwise stated. Lifetime access refers to the lifetime of the Course, not the lifetime of the purchaser. The Company reserves the right to update or retire the Course at its discretion.

3. Payment Terms

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total purchase price, including payment plans if applicable.

If you choose a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all payments. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of Course access.

4. Refund Policy – 14-Day Guarantee

We want you to feel fully confident in your decision to enroll. That’s why we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee.

Here’s how it works:

• If, within the first 14 days from your date of purchase, you decide the Course is not a good fit, simply email us at hello@mindsetinthemaking.com to request a refund.

• To qualify, you must demonstrate that you have attempted the course by completing at least one module and submitting your completed workbook exercises.

• Refund requests after 14 days will not be granted under any circumstances.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided in the Course—including videos, workbooks, PDFs, templates, and any written or visual content—are owned by Mindset in the Making, LLC and protected by copyright.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Course materials for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, share, sell, or distribute any portion of the Course without written permission from the Company.

6. Community Guidelines

If community access (such as Slack, Instagram, or other groups) is included, you agree to:

• Participate in a respectful, supportive, and professional manner

• Not share confidential information of other participants outside the group

• Not use the community for solicitation, spamming, or harassment

We reserve the right to remove any participant from the community (and restrict access to live calls) for behavior that violates these guidelines.

The Course is educational and informational in nature and is not a substitute for personalized legal, financial, mental health, or medical advice. Results will vary depending on individual effort, commitment, and circumstances.

We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results. By participating in the Course, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your progress, decisions, and results.
